- Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process for parts and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory levels, organize stock, and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
- Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure availability of quality parts.
- HVAC Knowledge: Possess knowledge of HVAC systems and components to accurately identify and source parts.
- Dealership Support: Collaborate with dealership personnel to fulfill parts requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- AS400 Experience: Utilize AS400 system to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
- Automotive Repair Knowledge: Understand automotive repair processes to effectively assist customers in identifying the correct parts.
- CMMS Utilization: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and manage parts inventory.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
```Qualifications:```
- Experience in Parts Procurement or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including AS400 or similar inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
